Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Accounting degree or ACA/ACCA qualification
  • 1-3 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of IFRS standards
  • Experience in financial reporting or audit
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills

Nice-to-have

  • Previous SAP system experience
  • Knowledge of SOX control environment
  • Analytical skills for P&L and balance sheet review
  • Experience coordinating external audits

Key Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification
  • 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Fluency in English (B2) and Polish
