Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Integrated Clinical Enterprise (ICE) provides clinical leadership, direction, and decision making for the hospital as it relates to timely and appropriate clinical care.
This position works collaboratively with Administration, clinical staff, and various departments and services to facilitate clinical care activities, including patient flow and nurse staffing.

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited Nursing Program with Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or plan to complete within 3 years)
5+ years of Registered Nursing experience
3+ years of supervisory experience
Valid RN License
Master's degree in Nursing or Health-related profession (preferred)
10+ years of Registered Nursing experience (preferred)
5+ years of supervisory experience (preferred)
Critical care experience (preferred)
ACLS, Certification specific to specialty (preferred)
Experience with EPIC as EMR (preferred)
