Must-have

  • Licensed Registered Nurse in New Jersey
  • Patient and family-centered practice knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • BSN degree or advanced degree within 3 years
  • Two years of Med/Surg or Tele nursing experience
  • Float or resource nursing experience preferred
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth
  • Experience acting as a primary preceptor

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
  • BLS and ACLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
  • Minimum two years Med/Surg/Tele experience preferred
