You will assist in maintaining employee records, scheduling nursing staff, coordinating interviews, and communicating staffing needs with nursing supervisors and administration.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality, attending committee meetings, assisting in staff development, and ensuring compliance with safety and facility policies.
