Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the primary contact for transaction investigations.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history to support various departments and ensure customer satisfaction.
