  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the primary contact for transaction investigations.
  • Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
  • Provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history to support various departments and ensure customer satisfaction.
