Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years construction estimating experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Design-Build project estimation expertise
Proficiency with Bluebeam PlanSwift Procore
Advanced Excel data analysis skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with innovative construction technologies
Familiarity with military construction MILCON requirements
BIM integration skills using Revit and Navisworks
Strong presentation skills for executive stakeholders
Passion for advancing construction technology
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in construction estimating or pre-construction roles
