Job Summary

  • Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs, provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for API integrations, and deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes and data sharing into warehouse solutions.
  • Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform, champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency, and manage monthly KPI reporting, generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • As a pivotal member of the Product Operations team, you will be instrumental in enhancing and expanding our distribution services, collaborating across Data Delivery and Product agile teams to ensure a superior customer experience through seamless onboarding processes.
