The role involves conceptualizing, developing, and carrying out tests on SKF products for industrial applications following global test procedures.
Candidates will lead technicians, interact with external customers to understand specifications, and ensure tests are completed within agreed deadlines.
The position requires acting as a TPM leader to enforce shopfloor discipline and actively participating in Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-8 years experience in product testing
Minimum 3 years exposure on testing activities
Strong knowledge of Creo design software
Knowledge of TS:16949 and ISO:17025 standards
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Nice-to-have
Exposure to testing machine design and development
Six Sigma project participation
Leadership in TPM and 5S implementation
Ability to innovate testing procedures
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or related field
3-8 years total experience in Product Design/Development/Testing
Minimum 3 years specific exposure on Testing
Hands-on experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics
