Job Summary

  • In this role, you’ll be in charge of one of the busiest places in the office—the help desk, constantly on the go, you’ll give our visitors a warm welcome, and guide them with their queries.
  • Maintaining and updating records and database are also part of your basic daily routine, including complaint registers, call tracking and client contacts.
