Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field with 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations OR 15 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams of supervisors and operators
  • Ability to obtain and maintain State and Federal explosives licenses
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual
