You will be responsible for auditing and overseeing Flight Operations, Ground Operations, and Engineering interfaces to ensure seamless compliance with Thai AirAsia (TAA) standards, AOC requirements, and CAAT/EASA regulations

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for auditing and overseeing Flight Operations, Ground Operations, and Engineering interfaces to ensure seamless compliance with Thai AirAsia (TAA) standards, AOC requirements, and CAAT/EASA regulations.
  • Ensure that all Engineering Non-Conformances are followed up on and completed within the stipulated timeline.
  • You will advance from an Operations QA Engineer to a Lead Auditor, eventually scaling into a Quality Manager or Head of Safety role, where you define the regulatory and safety standards for the entire fleet.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace/Aircraft Engineering
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Aircraft Maintenance and Airworthiness Quality Assurance experience
  • Familiar with TCAR's regulations
  • Excellent English skills
