Job Summary

  • Ensure the quality completion of projects on time and within the allocated budget.
  • Manage multiple projects in various locations, from project identification through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction and completion.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years' project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Working familiarity with proposal writing, analytical reviews, estimating and interiors
  • General understanding of construction drawings
  • Ability to travel to various property/construction locations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
