The Penn State School of International Affairs is seeking a Director of Career Services to provide career advising, manage internship opportunities, and organize career events for graduate students. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the job market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment

Job Summary

  • Provide students with one-on-one career support and advising, including resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, career exploration, and other job and/or internship searching strategies.
  • Plans and hosts various career events and workshops for the School, including career exposure visits to Washington D.C. and New York City.
  • This position works closely with current employers, alumni, alumni relations staff, and other career professionals to build networks and create opportunities for current students and graduates.
