Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current LPN license in applicable state
BLS certification required
Venipuncture and point-of-care testing skills
EMR documentation and CPOE experience
Patient triage and vital sign monitoring
Nice-to-have
Previous medical office experience preferred
Willingness to travel to sister offices
Experience with vaccine registry regulations
Ability to adjust hours as needed
Key Requirements
Graduate of an Accredited School of practical nursing
Current LPN license to practice in applicable state
