Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Express Store Managers to deliver great service, colleague engagement and operational excellence.
  • This role is field based for which the Regional Manager - Express is expected to be regionally mobile within a defined geographic area across our retail regions, working to provide weekend cover on a rota.
  • You will also get an excellent benefits package including: Discretionary company bonus, Company pension up 1.5 times colleagues' contribution (Max 15%), Company Car allowance of £8000.
