  • The MarTech & AI Solutions Analyst leads the design, development, and deployment of predictive and prescriptive analytical models, rapid experimentation, and early‑stage validation in support of UPS’s Martech and Incubation initiatives.
  • This role applies advanced analytics, ML modeling, and exploratory data analysis to shape emerging capabilities such as conversational UI, content intelligence, customer journey analytics, sentiment understanding, and propensity modeling.
  • This leader oversees both onshore and offshore development teams, establishes model‑development best practices, and translates complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
