  • Pharmacy technician license through the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible
  • Two (2) years of pharmacy technician work experience (Level II)
  • Three (3) years of work experience in hospital or retail (Level III)
  • Four (4) years of experience or Bachelor's Degree (Level IV)
  • Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) (Level II/III)
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office and EMR) (Level III)
  • ASHP/ACPE-accredited technician training or certificate program (Level IV)
