The Production Supervisor is responsible for safety, product quality, cost control, meeting production schedules, and motivating shop employees.
This role supervises hourly production employees and maintains the log of shift operations for the weekend shift (Fri-Sun 6am -6pm).

Key Requirements
Bachelors with 5+ years relevant experience or Associates Degree with 7+ years relevant experience or 9+ years of relevant experience
Five (5) years of experience in manufacturing or logistics/distribution environment
Three years of experience in a supervisory position
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
