  • Ensure seamless execution of activities related to talent attraction, assessment, placement, performance, development, and engagement, while tracking trends and executing action plans.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning, building relationships with business leaders to develop talent and succession plans.
