Job Summary
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established departmental policies and procedures.
This role requires you to ensure that a sufficient number of licensed practical and/or registered nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for your tour of duty to ensure quality care is maintained.

Key Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification
2 years or more experience
Nursing Degree from accredited college
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
