Job Summary
This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure community buildings and grounds meet high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
The incumbent is responsible for the complete make-ready process, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and final inspections for new move-ins.

EPA Type I and II or Universal certification
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Knowledge of OSHA and local safety laws

Experience in property management maintenance
