Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in L&D, Digital Adoption, or Change Enablement
  • Proven success leading digital adoption or system rollout programs
  • Experience implementing DAP or in-product guidance tools
  • Strong understanding of Service Management or Shared Services operations
  • Familiar with ServiceNow, digital adoption platforms, and LMS tools
  • Understanding of GenAI tools
