This role ensures compliance with international labor laws with respect to immigration regulations, mobility requirements, and global pay transparency and equity mandates — while designing scalable, future-ready programs that enable business growth and global expansion.

Base: $155,000 - $240,000 per year (US); Bonus/Equity: Eligibility for bonuses, equity grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
