Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CPM, RPA, or LEED accreditation preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial property management
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Familiarity with tenant fit-out and construction practices
