Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science
15+ years work experience with 5+ years in operational technology
Experience with ISA-88/95 and Pharma 4.0 standards
Proven track record in automation systems in regulated manufacturing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing global teams and cross-functional projects
Functional knowledge of cGMPs and FDA-regulated manufacturing
