The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership and the Director of Nursing Services.
You will accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications while following established nursing standards and facility policies to ensure resident safety and compliance.
This role requires cooperation with inter-departmental personnel and participation in quality assurance and facility committees to improve medication processes and resident care.
