Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years professional software engineering experience
  • 2+ years specialized AI/ML infrastructure experience
  • Strong Python programming skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Experience with distributed computing and GPU environments
  • Cloud environment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Nice-to-have

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Extensive knowledge of PyTorch 2.x and distributed training frameworks
  • Experience with FSDP and Pipeline Parallelism
  • Proficiency in profiling and debugging training performance
  • Excellent communication and consensus-building skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
