  • Lead GHEOR strategy and tactics for neuroscience marketed products and later indications with input from key stakeholders such as Clinical, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Statistics and Regulatory.
  • Integrate and align this HEOR strategy through establishing and maintaining cross-functional collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to global (including US) access strategy, clinical, medical affairs, and commercial.

Key Requirements

  • PhD preferred in epidemiology, health economics, or health services research
  • Master's degree required
  • 5+ years outcomes research experience
  • Pharmaceutical industry HEOR experience
  • Executing research in a matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of global payer and market access challenges
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development process
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in real world evidence strategy and execution
