• The Demand Planner role is responsible for both demand planning & supply management, requiring the development and communication of a consensus forecast for a defined product portfolio.
• Responsibilities include integrating historical data, market data, & strategic plans through collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain partners, while also managing supply and inventory to maintain high service levels.
• Key functions include team management, developing SKU-level operational forecasts, interacting with cross-functional partners, handling escalations, creating scenario plans for new product launches, mitigating supply shortages, optimizing inventory, leading the local S&OP process, and meeting KPI targets.
