Parsons Corporation is seeking a Commercial Manager for Rail & Infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in contract management, particularly with FIDIC contracts, and a background in rail and infrastructure projects in the UAE

Job Summary

  • Lead the day-to-day administration of a FIDIC based contract, managing variations, claims, payments and formal correspondence to protect the Client’s commercial and contractual position on a major project.
  • Administering the contract in strict accordance with FIDIC Conditions, drafting formal contractual correspondence, and managing contractual notices.
  • Assessing Extension of Time claims, reviewing and certifying interim payment applications, and monitoring Contractor performance against contractual milestones.
