Hourly: $17.55 - $24.57; Part-time: 20 hours/week; Benefits vary by schedule type

Must-have
Supervise groups of 5-15 youth participants
Ensure safety in high-pressure situations
Provide accommodations for disabilities
Maintain state child care licensing requirements
Communicate with parents and staff
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
Experience leading volunteers or staff
Knowledge of injury prevention techniques
Valid driver's license and clean record
First Aid CPR AED certification
Key Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age
State of Colorado Child Care training completion
455 hours verifiable experience supervising school-age children OR bachelor's degree
Acceptable criminal conviction history background check
