Job Summary
The Workforce Trainer reports directly to the Director of Workforce Development and should possess a well-rounded skill set in industrial machining, maintenance mechanics/advanced manufacturing of various types, as well as a thorough knowledge of accepted safety practices.
Develop and facilitate trainings, within areas of expertise, targeted to the manufacturing industry, regional, and/or state needs, which may include short-term, non-credit, customized, or academic courses.
The position is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week with flexible schedule, as evening and weekend work may be required to meet industry needs.
