The Casualty Analyst III is responsible for handling various types of mainstream commercial casualty claims including slip and falls, product liability and other general liability claims.
This role involves determining coverage, drafting reservation of rights and denial letters, attendance at mediation/settlement conferences, and instructing independent adjusters and attorneys in the negotiation and settlement of claims.
