Job Summary

  • The North America Quote to Cash (QTC) Customer Operations team is responsible for coordinating all aspects of customer support operations, including leading a team of support associates, establishing performance metrics, analyzing customer feedback, and driving continuous improvements in service quality.
  • Key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate execution of letter of commitments (LOC), customer set-up and maintenance (CS&M), group purchasing organization (GPO) group transitions and local contracts for new and renewal agreements.
