Salary
Base: $78,200 - $130,400 USD yearly; Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus plan; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 18 days PTO

Must-have
3+ years workforce forecasting experience
Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency
Quarterly long-range forecast management
Variance analysis and reporting skills
Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflow
Hyperion experience or awareness
Ability to identify automation and AI opportunities
Experience with BPO and CI project support
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Key Requirements
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years progressive experience in workforce forecasting
