• Customer Success is a key role to ensure Workday’s customers achieve value from our solutions, acting as an advisor and facilitator to help customers achieve maximum value.
• The CSM plays a critical role in ensuring maximum value is derived from Workday Adaptive Planning products and services by quantifying value, driving adoption, sharing best practices, and developing strategic goals.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $95,000 USD - $142,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $90,300 USD - $160,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants
