Eight to ten years chemical manufacturing experience
Leadership experience in PSM-covered plant
Boiler house and wastewater treatment systems knowledge
Strong safety and environmental regulatory compliance
Structured problem-solving and data-driven decision making
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma or Lean training exposure
Advanced engineering degree preferred
Experience with ISO 9001 and RC 14000 compliance
