Must-have
Four years facilities maintenance experience
HVAC and refrigeration system repair
Reading design drawings and schematics
Emergency response to utility failures
LOTO and confined space safety protocols

Building Automation Systems experience
Fuel piping installation knowledge
Maximo or CMMS software proficiency
Overhead garage door maintenance skills
Willingness to perform community chores
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED required
Valid US Driver's License required
US Citizenship required for facility credentials
Successful completion of medical and drug screening
Minimum four years industrial/commercial maintenance experience
