Job Summary

  • This role entails you managing the delivery of the Facilities services to operate and maintain a large diverse portfolio of properties, including any designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs.
  • The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring team achievement of Facilities Services KPIs as well as identifying and implementing strategies to mitigate risk associated with the client account.
