  • Manage and implement policy and direction development for financial activities of the organization, including control financial resources and ensure financial transactions, systems and procedures aligning with regulations, accounting principles, and standards of the organization’s short and long-term financial goals.
  • Monitor and manage overall financial management, including financial audit and financial product, to support organization’s business plan and financial status effectively.
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation.
