Job Summary
As ILM continues its growth in Sydney, you will be responsible for supporting the successful selection and hiring of the best talent for Industrial Light & Magic.
You will have ownership of several departments within the studio and will own hiring from when the vacancy is opened to offering the role to a new colleague.
This position does require some understanding of hiring in a creative industry, ideally with knowledge of VFX, animation, or games, and their various artist disciplines.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Sourcing and recruiting creative candidates
Proficient in sourcing tools and ATS
Experience with Workday or other ATS
Managing recruitment for multiple departments
Collaborative hiring meetings and documentation
Building and maintaining talent pools
Nice-to-have
Understanding of production pipelines
Cultivating an environment of care and collaboration
Experience in a global company
Interest in driving employment brand initiatives
Key Requirements
At least 3 years experience in recruitment
Experience in creative, VFX, or animation industries
