Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information while ensuring a calm and warm environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Comfortable assisting with lifting and transporting residents
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
