Job Summary
Develop and execute the site's long-term engineering strategy, CAPEX planning, and major projects while managing the Electronic Maintenance system (HxGN EAM) and enforcing robust Management of Change processes.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team across Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines, coordinate external specialist contractors, and control maintenance budgets while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Drive safety performance and continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures, incident reporting via AVA, HAZOP/LOPA/FMEA studies, and identifying training needs to enhance team capabilities and site reliability.
