Job Summary

  • Lead the People Programs and Operations team to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure, processes, and programs needed to make Intrinsic a highly desirable place to work.
  • Manage and improve Performance Management, Promotion, and Engagement programs, while ensuring core People and HR services like Onboarding, Relocation, and Exits work smoothly and efficiently.
  • Own the HR technology roadmap, choosing and building solutions to meet business and employee needs, and improve reporting on programs and processes to communicate relevant insights to leadership.
