Job Summary
Lead the People Programs and Operations team to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure, processes, and programs needed to make Intrinsic a highly desirable place to work.
Manage and improve Performance Management, Promotion, and Engagement programs, while ensuring core People and HR services like Onboarding, Relocation, and Exits work smoothly and efficiently.
Own the HR technology roadmap, choosing and building solutions to meet business and employee needs, and improve reporting on programs and processes to communicate relevant insights to leadership.
