The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of maintenance projects ensuring machinery, grounds and buildings are kept in working condition while meeting or exceeding regulatory compliance.
This role requires supervising 5 to 15 hourly maintenance employees to ensure minimal downtime, costs, and zero accidents during day-to-day operations.
Candidates must possess knowledge of regulatory requirements governing the food industry and a thorough understanding of utility functions including various refrigeration and freezing systems.
