Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality or Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in regulated quality systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements
  • Experience with validation protocols and testing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Pega or TrackWise software
  • Familiarity with Power BI and AI tools
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable team player
  • Experience with CAPA and Change Control

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regulated industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Quality Management or related field
  • Must be willing to travel when required
