Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic compensation solutions that align with business goals and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities include leading or supporting end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and configuring compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and route maps.
This role requires strong functional knowledge, configuration expertise, and the ability to work closely with HR and IT stakeholders.

Key Requirements
2.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay (preferred)
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
