Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic compensation solutions that align with business goals and employee engagement strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities include leading or supporting end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and configuring compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and route maps.
  • This role requires strong functional knowledge, configuration expertise, and the ability to work closely with HR and IT stakeholders.

  • SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay (preferred)
  • Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
