Job Summary
The assistant manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Critical Care Laboratory and provides leadership within the area.
Duties include oversite of laboratory operations, CAP/CLIA compliance, QA, safety, timekeeping, scheduling, testing strategies, test platform validations, information technology and automation as well as platform performance and problem resolution.
The AD assists with P3 evaluations, corrective action, budgeting, purchasing, and new equipment evaluation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with MT(ASCP) certification
4 years post-degree clinical laboratory experience
Degree from NAACLS accredited program
Medical Laboratory Technology degree with ASCP/AMT, MT or MLS certification
Master's degree with Medical Technologist Certification
