Job Summary
The Warehouse & Transportation Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all inbound and outbound logistics activities for a high-volume Baby Diaper manufacturing plant.
This role ensures uninterrupted flow of raw materials into the facility, efficient internal material movement, and timely shipment of finished goods to customers and distribution centers.
Lead, coach, and develop logistics, warehouse, and material handling staff, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, plant safety standards, and company policies.

Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems
Strong understanding of safety, material handling, and transportation compliance
