Job Summary
Achieve excellence in preventative and reactive maintenance programs incorporating industry best practice, innovative maintenance techniques and statutory and contractual compliance.
Oversee the day-to-day management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems and co-ordinate the remedial action in the event of critical incidents.
Ensure that all staff and vendors employed within the client’s facilities strictly adhere to client and JLL’s policies and procedures.

Key Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Holder of REW A License
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data centres, critical facilities, or industrial plant operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
